Elon Musk has launched himself into German politics twice in the X days.

A senior lawmaker from Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s Social Democratic party denounced Elon Musk’s meddling in German politics and called for a new antitrust law to restrict his influence in the business world.
“Elon Musk’s new provocations are beyond irritating,” said Dirk Wiese, deputy head of the Social Democratic organization in the German Bundestag. “The time has come to move forward with a modern edition of the Sherman Antitrust Act,” he added, referring to the 1890 U. S. law that prohibited monopolistic business practices.
