The recent interview with Lavrov intervened more than a week after Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed his preference for the commitment to Trump, insisted that Russia is in a more powerful position than in 2022.
“Soon, the Ukrainians who need to fight will be exhausted. In my opinion, soon there will be no one who needs to fight,” Putin said. “We are in one position, but the other aspect will have to be in a negotiating position and compromises. “
