The collision in the air occurred on Wednesday night as an American Airlines plane about to land at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. There were another 64 people on the plane and 3 army workers organizations in the helicopter.
He said there were no survivors and that by Thursday morning, the government had pulled 28 bodies from the icy Potomac River.

When asked at the White House if he had a plan to meet with the first to respond, Trump had not done so.
