HIALEAH, Fla. (TND) — A man and woman near Miami have been arrested as part of an undercover investigation targeting people who make money through prostitution and help victims of human trafficking.
Unlike a previous case this week, they say they responded to the suspects’ announcement.

They said they called and Juan Carlos Vasquez-Lugo, 32, and Luisa Alexandra Diaz Yanez, 28, answered and then “negotiated pre-arranged acts in exchange for money. “
Vasquez-Lugo and Diaz Yanez are accused of profiting from the proceeds of prostitution and transporting it for prostitution.
Vasquez-Lugo is also charged with fraudulent identification ownership.
All were booked shortly after Wednesday and none were released.
