The Hawaii County Parks and Recreation Department participates in the Summer Food Service Program.
Meals will be provided at no cost to all youth and will be the same for all youth, regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, age, or disability.
Unless otherwise specified, food will be served from June 12 to July 19 at the following locations:
People interested in receiving food call the sites to make sure the program serves food that day. The sites will not serve meals on excursion days. The site’s main points of contact can be found here.
People with disabilities who require other means of communication to download data about the program (e. g. , Braille, giant print, audiotapes, American Sign Language, etc. ) touch the company (state or local) from which they have implemented it to obtain benefits. Individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech impaired may contact USDA through the Federal Relay Service at 800-877-8339.
Additionally, program data may be available in languages other than English.
