Real-time customization of Harps Food Stores at checkout

Harps Food Stores is implementing a new integration between the Birdzi visitor intelligence platform and the ECRS POS formula to offer real-time personalization of virtual coupons and loyalty rewards from in-store shoppers.

Harps had worked with Birdzi in the past on its rewards mobile app, traditional brochures, and virtual coupons. Now, thanks to Birdzi’s integration with ECRS POS software, shopper and cart data are transmitted directly from ECRS to Birdzi, making it simple for shoppers to use their personalized discounts and promotional offers at checkout. Customers can now also see their purchases and club balances reflected in real-time in their virtual wallet.
