The company will relocate its juice production from its plant in Karben, approximately 10 km north of Bad Vilbel. Production and bottling of Rapp’s Kelterei juice logo has been located in Karben since 1996.
HassiaGruppe’s parent company, Hassia Mineralquellen, is headquartered and produces its bottled water of the same name in Bad Vilbel.
“By outsourcing production and logistics spaces to parent company Hassia Mineralquellen, significant synergies can be achieved, processes can be optimized and plant utilization can be especially increased,” said Dirk Hinkel, managing partner of HassiaGruppe, in a press release.
“This makes it feasible to economically constitute significant long-term investments in new, effective and resource-saving filling technologies. “
Hinkel added: “The complicated economic situation of recent years forces us to review all processes within our company and, if necessary, reorganize them. »

HassiaGruppe announced that it will also move the marketing and sales of its subsidiary Rapp’s Kelterei to Bad Vilbel.
Production and sales are expected to have migrated to Bad Vilbel until the second half of 2025.
“The works council of Kelterei de Rapp is very concerned about the discussions on the restructuring of the company,” said a spokesman for HassiaGruppe.
“During constructive discussions, all issues similar to the planned operational adjustments were resolved and a social plan was agreed, according to which the vast majority of jobs at the Rapp subsidiary would remain within the HassiaGruppe,” Array added.
HassiaGruppe also announced that its Höhl winery, located in the city of Hochstadt, Germany, would be “upgraded” to another apple wine production plant.
The group’s parent company, the privately held Hassia Mineralquellen, was founded in Germany in 1864. Its subsidiaries include Lichtenauer, Bionade, Glashäger, Rapp’s Kelterei and Thüringer Waldquell.
