YAN’AN, Shaanxi — Chinese President Xi Jinping places importance on strengthening political loyalty within the military in the new era and offering corporate political promises for building a strong military.
Xi, who is also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the statement at a political and military convention held in Yan’an, northwest China’s Shaanxi Province, from Monday to Wednesday.
