A style has revealed how she looks younger than her age without spending a lot of money.
Dr. Nina Cash, 57, of California, one of seven winners featured in the 60th anniversary issue of Sports Illustrated in May 2024, and the mother made waves in the industry.
Although she worked a bit as a model when she was younger, Nina focused on her career and raising her children.

Nina has a strict exercise routine, which she prioritizes due to her type 2 diabetes.
The mother of two is a Peloton fan and walks and dances regularly.
Making sure she gets a good night’s sleep and has a good breakfast every morning is also a must for Nina.
For Nina, embracing the adjustments that come with aging is her charm.
For example, the styler hasn’t dyed her gray locks and rocks her look with confidence.
“Accepting my gray hair is easy. I approach aging with gratitude and a positive mindset,” she explained.
The model added that she prefers to focus on gaining new experiences and developing as a person, rather than on the things she doesn’t like about herself.
Nina said she defines her good looks through how she approaches life, which she does by prioritizing self-care and staying active.
She also shared some recommendations for anyone who suffers from body confidence and noted that it’s generally hard to love the skin you’re in.
But ultimately, she suggested people “remember that good looks come in all shapes, sizes and ages, and there is no single definition of what it means to be beautiful. “
