Dave Fusaro has been editor-in-chief of Food Processing magazine since 2003. Dave has 30 years of experience in food and beverage industry journalism and has won several ASBPE national editorial awards for his articles on food processing. Dave has been interviewed on CNN quoted in national newspapers, and is the basis for a 200-page market research report on the dairy industry. An award-winning former economic journalist, he holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Marquette University. Prior to joining Food Processing, Dave was Editor-in-Chief of Dairy and Editor-in-Chief of Prepared Foods.
