Kerdyk Real Estate dealt with the sale of the progression site, adding land and buildings, of Duffy’s Tavern Sports Grill at 2108 SW 57 Ave. for $4. 5 million.
The transaction closed on July 26.
Dealer 2112 Realty Corp. and customer Greenway Point LLC. Kerdyk Real Estate team members William Colas, sales manager, and Trae Kerdyk, senior partner, represented the dealer. According to the client, Duffy’s Tavern will remain a tenant for the time being. .

The family-friendly dining venue and bar features a full kitchen, bar, grease trap, walk-in cooler, garage and liquor license. Originally built in 1929 as a residence, Duffy’s has been a loyal gathering spot for the community’s burger, beverage and sports enthusiasts since Martin Duffy opened the establishment in 1955. The current owners/operators are Wayne Russell and James Fabbricatore.
