Karen joined Community Impact as a full-time reporter in December 2023 after working as a freelance reporter since 2011. It covers Plano, Grapevine, Colleyville, Southlake, Keller, Roanoke, Northeast Fort Worth, Lewisville, Coppell, Flower Mound, Highland Village, and Argyle. When she’s not running, she enjoys visiting local wineries with her spouse and going on vacations with her family.
