In 2022-2023, the Habs accumulated (only) points. . .
Should we throw off our chairs and run to Sainte-Catherine Street for the year’s Stanley Cup parade?
That said, there are few other people on the Canadiens for the 24-25 season.
Puck Empire ranks the Habs 27th overall in the NHL for offensive lineup holes. . .
And more or less the same thing happens on sports sites.
DraftKings, BET MGM and Ceasars expect the Habs to finish the season averaging 75. 7 points.
Only Chicago (73. 3), Anaheim (70. 7), Columbus (68. 7) and San Jose (63)

The concept is attractive because there are already players in the organization’s prospect bank.
Young players in position will have to be informed to win, because it’s not by losing two out of three games that the boys will be able to gain confidence.
They will have to not get used to losing. . . A bit like the Senators, who have been in a vacuum for so many years despite the fact that there is a lot of skill on the team.
It’s hard to wait for how the Habs will perform next season, because there are so many unknowns right now.
These are questions that will have to be asked. . . And if the answer is yes to all of them, there will be plenty of reasons to be optimistic.
“Beautiful creation!
