SHOPIFY users are struggling to access the popular grocery shopping site due to a mysterious outage.
Nearly six hundred reports have been retrieved through Down Detector, which helps keep an eye on Internet sites and applications that are experiencing problems.

But Shopify responded to consumers on Twitter by saying, “We are aware that some users are experiencing issues, lately we are investigating this. “

Shopify then tweeted an update for consumers stating that the issue needs to be resolved.
