A family-owned chain of car dealerships enjoyed by thousands of Brits has opened its second store after taking over a car franchise.
The company will offer new engines as well as used cars and parts of a mainhead car logo as part of its sales agreement.
John Clark Motor Group has opened its dealership that will sell MG cars.
The automobile organization has purchased the Perth franchise from the West End Motor Group.
It will now be the company’s MG dealership in Dundee, which will be responsible for the sale of new and used cars, as well as aftersales and spare parts, reports CarDealer magazine.
In a statement, the family-owned dealership chain said that “this strategic acquisition” will strengthen its presence in the region and contribute to its “continued commitment to the MG brand. “
Chris Clark, the company’s lead executive, said: “We are excited to expand our MG in Scotland with this strategic addition to Perth.
“This resolution reinforces the group’s commitment to serving the local grid with quality cars and services. “
John Clark Motor Group, founded in 1974, is considered one of the most successful car dealerships in the UK.
This comes after another family-owned chain of car dealerships announced that it would be opening seven new showrooms.
Mon Motors, managed by the Cleverley family since 1976, is best known as a popular supplier of used cars in South Wales and the West of England.
But it will now expand its retail activities after a primary acquisition.
Mon acquired seven seats from Heritage Automotive for an “undisclosed amount. “
The rebranding is already underway and Gavin Cleverley, the managing director, visits the new and assembly staff.

The new showrooms have two in Gloucester, three in Bristol and one each in Cheltenham and Weston-Super-Mare.
They should be opened as soon as the rebranding is complete.
At the same time, a gigantic organization of car dealers opened used car supermarkets, with some basic changes.
The places will be for high-quality used cars and are spread throughout the country.
It comes after a rival group signed a new deal to sell a major Japanese car logo in one of the United Kingdom’s largest cities.
Meanwhile, the used car supermarket has taken a similar step by closing some branches in an effort to boost sales elsewhere.
And the primary dealership chain opened its first brick-and-mortar stores after absorbing a key rival.
