From board meetings to coding marathons to weekend outings, the presence of those unwavering four-legged Friends offers a comforting contrast to the relentless pursuit of progress and a glimpse into the sweeter side of many tech moguls.

It’s almost the end of summer and (August 26) it’s National Dog Day. Why not take a break from the news to watch some beloved dogs trot alongside famous owners?

Breed: Puli

Personality: “Loves to shepherd, hug, love and eat. “

Mark Zuckerberg’s adorable dog, Beast, is one of the first canine celebrities on social media. He has had his own Facebook page since 2011 and has 2. 4 million followers. Her Facebook profile says she “loves to shepherd things, hug them, love them, and eat. “”.

Beast is a Puli, a rare type of Hungarian sheepdog known for its unique dreadlock-like coat. Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, followed Beast in 2011 when she was a puppy. For his sixth birthday in 2017, Zuckerberg commissioned an artist to design and print a three-dimensional sculpture of the Beast.

Marc Benioff had a golden retriever named Koa, who was seen accompanying his busy owner to the paintings and known as the love boss of Salesforce. That’s also why Salesforce allows dogs in the office.
