In a surprise move, REVIVER ENTERTAINMENT GROUP parted ways with SVP/Promotion BOB REEVES today (9/30). He joined the company’s 1608 imprint as VP/Promotion and West Coast in 2016, and was promoted to SVP for both 1608 and REVIVER RECORDS later that year (NET NEWS 6/21/16).
VP JIM MALITO remains in that role at REVIVER and sister label DAVMORECORDS. He has been with the company since OCTOBER 2018. West Coast regional DAVE COLLINS has been promoted to Dir./National Promotion for both imprints. COLLINS, who is expected to remain based in PHOENIX, joined the label in 2015.
Prior to REVIVER, REEVES was VP/Promotion at BLASTER RECORDS and WARNER MUSIC NASHVILLE, and previously worked in promotion at SONY MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT from 1997-2004. He is looking for a new opportunity and can be reached here, or by phone at (615) 347-9499.
