Tony Guinta will remain mayor of Franklin for another two years, after the city’s municipal election on Tuesday.
Guinta won with 567 votes, or 55%, with challengers Leigh Webb receiving receiving 396 votes, or 39% and David Furbush getting 45 votes, or 4%.
Voters also decided to allow a retail Sports Book in the city with 60% voting in favor on the ballot question.
In the last legislative session, lawmakers approved up to 10 sports betting locations in the state.
Municipalities must vote to allow one in each city or town.
