MILTON – The New York State Police continued their investigation into the kidnapping and ransom of 9-year-old Charlotte Sena, who was rescued Monday night at 2133 Barrett Road in Milton.
A group of New York state workers were at the scene Tuesday morning as the assets were secured with police tape and mobile lighting fixtures still in position next to the mobile home holding the Sena modular home.
