How do I download the mobile apps I can with my paid subscription?The Aiken standard e-document and the apps on the Aiken Standard mobile site are loose and can be downloaded, depending on your device, from Google Play or the Apple Store. Once downloaded, you are granted an activated email and password.
How do I get your files?
The newspaper library is available to print and virtual subscribers through E-paper, a virtual reproduction of the published newspaper. To access the E-Paper, use the link in the upper left corner of the home page (3 horizontal white lines, called “hamburger”). In the list, click Electronic Edition. To access previous editions, click on the date in the most sensitive part on the left. A list of the existing month’s editions will be displayed. To access the last 3 years of available electronic records, click Archived Editions. Files older than 3 years must be obtained for an additional payment and can be accessed from the same link. Vacation Stop Policy
All Aiken Standard subscribers have access to www. aikenstandard. com, our E-Paper, as well as all tablet and mobile apps. During their vacation, print subscribers can avoid home delivery of their print edition, but the virtual service will still be available. The daily rate will remain the same for virtual service. Subscribers can choose to get up to two weeks of newspapers in reserve on a “vacation package” upon their return.
