Real estate transactions drive Lincoln Educational Services’ strategic expansion projects for 2024 and beyond, expanding presence in the South and moving the historic Nashville campus to more facilities.

Parsippany, New Jersey, Nov. 3, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Lincoln Educational Services Corporation (NASDAQ: LINC), a national leader in specialty technical education for more than 75 years, announced two major advancements as a component of its strategic expansion plan. The first is the expansion into a new market with the rental of a facility in Houston, Texas, the fourth largest job market in the country. The timing is the conclusion of a lease for the relocation of the Nashville, Tennessee campus. The announcements come as Lincoln nears the final finishing touch on the structure of its new campus in Atlanta, Georgia, which is expected to begin operations in the first part of 2024, as well as the recently announced facility acquisition to move its Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, campus to a larger campus. The new campus will feature an approximately 100,000-square-foot education center, providing career opportunities in automotive, diesel, welding, HVAC, and electrical and electronics. The new campus will also feature an area to house various component educational programs, starting with the Peterbilt Diesel Specialty Program as a component of Lincoln’s relationship with the trucking giant.
