ST. JOSEPH (WJON News) – The vision for the former JR Mobile site in downtown St. Joseph is becoming more clear.
Owner Synergy posted data about its plans on its online page after receiving suggestions from a community-wide survey. They say they are impressed by the quantity and quality of what they receive.
Based on the feedback they got, they plan to move forward with a food hall and self-pour tap wall concept.
The new building will include a variety of culinary functions prepared by emerging chefs interested in launching their businesses. They say the building will allow families and friends to enjoy the cuisine of their choice and drinks.
Synergy says they are lately looking for talented culinary minds interested in organizing their kitchen within their colorful food hall.
The St. Joseph EDA will speak about the task at its assembly on Tuesday afternoon.
The asset is at the corner of 2d Avenue and Minnesota Street.
